Despite such nice daytime temperatures, the days are getting shorter and the calendar has flipped to October. Where did all those months go? Really, it doesn’t seem like October should be here already.

The gardens are still giving crops, but a few things are fading. Beans and salad tomatoes are going for the gold and producing like it’s August! Peppers are in their heyday with warm days and cool nights. It may take them all week to recover and give us another big harvest next week, but that’s ok – our freezer is filled. Is yours?

Spaghetti squash (2 serving variety) $2 ea
3 New England Pie pumpkins $3 ea
1 Radishes $1.50 per bundle (lots more next week)
1 Roasting kit (2 beets, 2 carrots, onion, green beans, fresh herbs & directions) $5
Fresh cut herbs .50 – $1
Dried herbs .50 – $1
Cut flowers $1 and $5 bouquets
Chai latte mix $5 refill, $6 per jar
8 Peach bread $4 per mini loaf
Jams (including fresh Raspberry Apple) $5 per half pint
Pickled peppers $5 per pint
Seasoned salt (including fresh Chili Lime) $4 per four oz jar
