Let’s get together between 9:00 and 11:00 tomorrow morning! Here’s a quick update on a few crops, and then I’ll get to the menu. Beets, carrots, and chard are growing quickly and will be abundant over the next couple of weeks. Peas are slowing as they set another round of flowers and pods. They’ll get pulled after that, but one bed will get more peas transplanted out right away. Lettuce is done, and the first crop of broccoli is slowing. One more row of radishes should be ready next week and then return in the fall. Tomatoes are growing and putting on size, setting flowers, and making a jungle of leaves with all the heat and rain.
