Saturday from 9-Noon, I’ll be out front on Ridgewood Road with fresh stuff! I’m still picking, and some things (like beets) need to wait a little longer to recover from the afternoon’s heat. Please let me know if you’d like beets. Please. They are beautiful, have amazing green tops that are delicious, and there are loads of them ready right now. I have a great recipe for refrigerator pickled beets that I’ll give you when you buy beets. If you need a quart jar to do your pickling, I can provide that, too – message me and I’ll have a jar ready for you!
