This will be the last regular Sunday farmstand, from 10 until noon. The crops have slowed so much that it has become harder to fill the tables and cooler. We may do something fun on a Sunday, and I’ll still take orders for things that are available.
Today’s table will definitely be lighter than yesterday’s – which ended up being a near sellout!!
Menu:
3 bags of 5# bulk tomatoes $7.50 per bag
1 1/2 bags of Swiss chard $4 per bag, $2 per half bag
Slicing tomatoes $1 each
4 Cherry / yellow pear tomatoes $3 per pound or 2 for $5
2 Salad tomatoes $4 per basket
Cucumbers .50 each or 6/$2.50
Bell peppers .75 each
Carmen peppers .75 each
Jalapeno and Serrano peppers .25 each
3 smaller zucchini .75 each
5 Acorn squash $2 each
3 Spaghetti squash (2 serving variety) $2 each
5 Butterbaby butternut squash $2 each
7 Apples- these are green but sweet, firm and juicy (perfect for pies) $1.50 per 1# basket
Flowers $1 and $5 bouquets (I’m going out to pick in a few minutes)
Apple butter, jams, and seasoned salts
